# Roadmap

Mainnet is live. The Techno Satoyama has begun. This is what comes next.

The next three months are not about announcements. They are about activation. The network goes from architecture to operation. Layer by layer, program by program, each one building on the last.

Here is the path from mainnet to October 2026.

### May → Foundation.

The Mawari Network mainnet is live. Guardian Node Licenses are claimable through the Members Portal. The portal is open globally.\
\
If you hold a Guardian Node License, May is when your work begins.\
\
DIO Season 2 opens globally. This is the next entry point into the Mawari ecosystem for those who were not part of the original Guardian Node sale.

### June → Expansion.

This month, Guardian Nodes go online. Activation begins. The verification backbone of the Techno Satoyama starts producing Quality of Service attestations, establishing trust and reputation across the network.

The Activation Rewards program (available for DIO Season 1 license holders) and the Locking Program also go live this month, exclusively for the Guardian Node community. These are the first work streams. Earning begins. Locking begins. The rhythm of the Techno Satoyama takes shape → earn, lock, recommit, tend. Month after month.

For those who participated in the Mawari XR Credits campaign → your early engagement is recognized. XR Credits and XR Chip achievements translate into benefits on DIO Season 2, including tiered discounts based on your level of participation. They also unlock a booster on your locking multiplier once you enter the ecosystem.

This is how the Techno Satoyama works. There are no free tokens. But early effort is not forgotten. Your XR Credits are a bridge → they give you a better entry point into the network. What you do once you arrive is what counts. The same rules apply to everyone. Operate. Lock. Contribute. Earn through work.

If you participated in the campaign and you are ready to do the work, the path is open. If you are waiting for a free distribution, there is nothing to wait for. That is not how this ecosystem operates. The Techno Satoyama rewards contributors. That principle does not change.

### July → August → Growth.

The network is operational. Nodes are running. Locking is compounding. Content is flowing through ARAWA. Commercial activations with enterprise partners are underway.

During this period, the Locking Program expands beyond the Guardian Node community. Broader participation opens. New entrants can lock $mawari tokens and begin contributing to the foundation of the network. The circle widens.

This is also when the ecosystem begins to prove itself through real-world output. XR activations. Live deployments. Partnerships in action. The content layer starts feeding the flywheel. The Techno Satoyama moves from infrastructure to production.

Details on milestones will be shared as they land. We do not pre-announce what we have not built. We ship, then we talk.

### October → Tokyo.

Mawari hosts its own event in Tokyo this October.

This will be the moment. Not a side stage at someone else's conference. Our stage. Our story. Our ecosystem, presented to the world on our terms.

What gets announced there will be worth the wait.

More details in the coming months. For now, mark October. Tokyo.

What to focus on right now.

If you are a Guardian Node holder → claim your license, prepare to operate, understand the Activation Rewards and Locking programs. Your work starts now.

If you hold XR Credits → DIO Season 2 is your entry. Watch for the announcement in June. Your credits give you an advantage, but the ecosystem requires work. Understand what that means before you enter.

If you just arrived → read the Techno Satoyama. Read the Frameless Manifesto. Understand what this project is. This is not a quick trade. This is infrastructure being built for the next decade. The people here are here because they understand that. If that resonates, you are welcome.

If you are waiting for something free → there is nothing free in the Techno Satoyama. Everything is earned. That is the design. That is the point.
