# Run Your Nodes

### Option 1: Assign to an Ecosystem Partner

Assign your licenses to a trusted Mawari Network ecosystem partner, such as [**Depin.Tokyo**](https://depin.tokyo), and let them handle everything.

**How it works:**

* You assign (delegate) your staked licenses to the partner's node infrastructure.
* The partner operates and maintains the compute on your behalf — no hardware, no setup, no maintenance required from you.
* **All rewards are distributed directly to your holder wallet.** The partner never holds or controls your rewards.

**Best for:** Holders who want a hands-off experience with zero technical setup.

### Option 2: Run Your Own Node (Self-Hosted)

Run a Guardian Node on your own hardware. You provide the device, complete the setup, and keep it running.

**How it works:**

* You allocate your own hardware (a modest computer or server is enough - Guardian Nodes are CPU-based and lightweight).
* You install Docker, start the node, and assign your staked licenses to it.
* You are responsible for keeping the node online and maintained.
* Rewards are distributed directly to your holder wallet.

**Best for:** Guardian Holders comfortable with basic technical setup who want full control over their node.

### Which Option Should I Choose?

| | Assign to Partner | Run Your Own |
| --------------- | ----------------------- | ----------------------- |
| Hardware needed | None | Your own device |
| Technical setup | None                    | Basic (Docker)          |
| Maintenance     | Handled by partner      | You                     |
| Rewards | Directly to your wallet | Directly to your wallet |

Whichever path you choose, your licenses remain yours, and rewards always flow directly to your holder wallet.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.mawari.net/mawari-economy/run-your-nodes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
